Shipping and Returns

At Morrison & Co. Preserves, we take great care to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. For shipments across Canada using Canada Post, each jar is individually wrapped in recycled cardboard to protect the glass. The products are then packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with layers of crinkle paper, also made from recycled paper products, to further cushion and protect them. Our eco-conscious packaging not only maximizes the protection of your products but also reflects our commitment to sustainability. Shipping Information We offer free local delivery and pickup in the Ottawa and National Capital region. We also ship across Canada using Canada Post. We have standardized shipping costs to make it as simply as possible for our customers. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Local Delivery: Free deliveries within Ottawa and the National Capital Region are made on Tuesdays and Fridays unless otherwise agreed with our customers.. Canada-Wide Shipping: Typically takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on Canada Post's delivery times. Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will gladly offer a refund or credit for future purchases. Your satisfaction is important to us.
