Purchasing and Payment
At Morrison & Co. Preserves, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for all online purchases. Any applicable sales taxes will be added to the total price of the products purchased.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer free local delivery in the Ottawa and National Capital region and free delivery Canada-wide for orders over $120. We offer local delivery for a flat fee of $12 within 30 km of the downtown area. We ship across Canada using Canada Post and UPS. We ship to Ontario and Quebec for a flat rate of $15.00 and to the rest of Canada for a flat rate of $25.00.Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and can take a few days in total before you receive your product depending on the local and national shipping carrier. We strive our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible for you to enjoy.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will gladly offer a refund or credit for future purchases. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please send an email to connect@morrisonpreserves.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations may not be possible after the order has been shipped.

All product and nutritional information can be found under each product's profile on our website. While we strive for accuracy in our descriptions, Morrison & Co. Preserves is not liable for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Availability of products is subject to change without notice.
